Shipping

FAQ: To where do you ship? How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?

Answer: We ship only to the continental United States only.  It takes up to 3 buisness days to process an order. Please review our Shipping Policy HERE.

FAQ: Where are your packages shipped from?

Answer: Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in New Mexico.

FAQ: Do you ship packages internationally?

Answer: We currently do not ship internationally. Please review our Shipping Policy HERE.

FAQ: How do you price your postage?

Answer: Packages are priced based on the carrier and weight of the shipment. PRAY THEN COFFEE uses USPS, FedEx, and UPS to deliver your package. We make it a priority to research the carrier that offers the most cost efficient pricing for our customers.

FAQ: What does “In-transit” mean?

Answer: “In-transit” means that your package has been dispatched (shipped) to the postal office, and that it is en route to the destination postal dispatch center or post office, where a local driver or delivery person will be picking them up to deliver to you. NOTE: In-Transit time starts when your order has been dispatched, and does not include the processing time.

FAQ: How can I track my order?

Answer: Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with details of your order including the tracking number. Please refer to this email to track updates of your package(s).

Answer: We currently accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Meta Pay.

FAQ: Do you offer loyalty points or reward points, gift certificates, etc.?

Answer: We currently do not offer loyalty or rewards points. Electronic gift cards are available for purchase!
